Rosario Candela at 165 East 66th Street?

Discussion about 165 East 66th by Stonehenge at 165 East 66th Street in Lenox Hill
The building description lists this as a Rosario Candela building as do some of the apartment rental descriptions. Is this possible? I thought Candela built mostly in the 1920s-1930s, but I could be mistaken. I didn't see this building on any of the lists of his work. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
