Discussion about The Laurel at 400 East 67th Street in Lenox Hill
http://www.ny1.com/ny1/content/index.jsp?stid=1&aid=80496 Do you think it is possible that as developers rush to get the apts out on the market, the safety standard is being compromised? I have only been in NY for several years but only lately I see all these accidients. It also leads me to think the quality of the new apts if they are being rushed to completion.
