Discussion about The Vantage at 308 East 38th Street in Murray Hill
We had another rodent today. This has become an almost daily occurance - I think we've had five incidents in the past two weeks. I've read similar stories from tenants on other websites. Please know this if you're thinking about renting in the Montrose - you will be sharing your living space with rats. And you will be paying $4,600+ for a 2-bedroom. I just wish someone had warned me.
