Discussion about 210 East 63rd Street in Lenox Hill
Does anyone know why this building is in such a bad financial situation? There has been nonstop assessment since 2008. Worst of all, there will be another assessment coming up in 2013 & 2014..... The maintenance is going to raise again in 2013.... Anyone know how many years would it take to get the situation better?
