This is it.” Sure, everyone likes to compare themselves to 15 CPW hoping to catch some shine. But looking at pricing, it seems they're really believing their own hype. Asking rent for a Central Park facing 2400 sq ft apt in the 15 CPW Tower is $160 per sq ft a year. This is for a place that sells at $6000-7000 a sq ft, a top apartment in the most celebrated/desired/etc. building in NYC. The biggest of the penthouses at 8 Spruce is asking $190 per sq ft per year.
