Not worth the stress or unexpected moving expenses. Very unpleasant experience. We found it listed on Craigslist, not listed on the exclusive broker's website. Streeteasy noted it had been vacant for 15 months and she would not budge on the price (despite the craigslist ad stating "make an offer") and forced us to pay a hefty commission. THIS IS AN ARTIST IN RESIDENCE ZONED APARTMENT. this is never advertised by the broker and you will lose your deposit if caught renting without the appropriate artist certificates.
