I’ve been interested in this building, but got a little concerned when I saw the financials. It looks like there are lots of years of 10% maintenance increases, and very little reserve. I’m a little worried about the management and financial stability of the building – most buildings have a little reserve. Also, the maintenance seems a little high already, and I would hate to see it keep going up. I’m curious if people have a view on this building and the maintenance?
