my wife and i walk by the building all the time and just went in to see 5A (2br/2bth). how much of the building has been sold? the finishing were stunning...a little too contemporary i.e. it was like being in an art gallery. we are thinking about making an offer. Anyone have any experience with how negotiable? They already dropped prices. compared to the other openings today in PS and FG, I wonder how long until this building is fully sold?!?!?
