Has anyone checked out One Hanson Place? Is the sponsor willing to negotiate on price or closing costs? Also any thoughts on the the PSF relative to other buildings in Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn would be appreciated. My first thought is that it is a little on the pricey side for the area and considering the current state of the Downtown Brooklyn market which has a lot of supply slated to come online within the next few years.
