Discussion about Lofts on Irving at 342 Eldert Street in Bushwick
don't be fooled by these guys. At the last minute (right before you sign the lease) they tell you there is an additional $50 utility charge. Ask them about it first, or just tell them you will not pay it, it should be illegal to do that.
