After getting royally screwed by Kaish & Taub - very happy to learn that Norm Kaish and Lenny Taub and David Yacoob have gone bankrupt - they just lost their property in gramercy park at a bankruptcy auction - it was bought at bankruptcy auction by Toll Brothers - 316 Bowery is next up. Also, the real estate broker for this property is affiliated with Kaish & Taub...
