no doorman, apartments neat, floors don't have good isolation and you hear when neighbor walking (both on the upper floor and left/right sides). air conditioners (each unit has one) very noisy - you would hear if neighbor turned their on, even with closed windows. management very impolite in general and aggressive to smokers, though there is nothing about smoking on the lease - if you are smoker - be prepared to smoke outside of building
