Discussion about 300 West 18th Street in Chelsea
It's a shame that they picked Blumenfeld Development Group for this building. They seem to not have enough time to check the work of their contractors, so any sloppy job seems to be fine. Anyway, once all the repairs get done I'm sure they will be lovely apartments. Those dealing with them should make sure they mark down ALL defects on the walkthrough. And do a final walkthrough on the day of closing.
