There is another place, Apt 4, the isn't being pulled by the building listing - http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/611899-condo-202-bowery-street-lower-east-side-new-york For some reason these guys think a lower floor will sell for more 1 month later than a higher apt. The other thing thats fishy, as with every other apt in manhattan, is the sq footage. The original ACRIS listing shows 1,074 ft in 2007 and now they have managed to get to 1200 sq ft.
