FYI: If you're in the market for a 5M $$ 3 br in the meatpacking area don't waste your time on 5A. 2.5M would be a reasonable-ish price. It's very basic. 3rd br is really tiny. Lacks the WOW factor that I'd expect in a $5M place. It resembles an apt from any middle America suburb you could pick up for $75K.
