88 Leonard Street

Does anyone currently live at this building? I am looking at a one bedroom (frankly, I would rather have an alcove studio, but there will not be any available for at least a few months), and wanted to get some feedback about the building. It seems great (although the location is not ideal, it is a steal for the finishes and space), but I have heard some mixed things about Rose Associates. Is mangement good? Do the apartments wear well? Also, because they do not have any studios or alcoves available at the moment I have not been able to look at any, if anyone currently lives in one, or has looked at them in the past, are they tiny?
