Loft 25

I recently saw the ground floor apt for sale. It is a nice space, and faces 24th street side. I am concerned about the projects across the way, even after reading all the comments and reviews on the building. I have not read any recent postings, and would like to hear how the area has cleaned up, security, noise etc. Seems like no matter what price range one is looking in, there is always some downside. it is my life's investment to purchase something of this magnitude, and I don't want to have regret. Can anyone post recent experiences, knowledge regarding Loft25? I would appreciate any feedback, and updated details.
