Discussion about Kips Bay Towers at 330 East 33rd Street in Kips Bay
like to buy a 1BR (700+ sqft) unit in Kips Bay Towers. Do think the agents priced the unit of 5P and 4K very well. I guess I am coming to the market a few weeks late. Any owner is interested to sell. Please let me know. If the price is not too high, Might be able to borrow money from relatives and pay in cash. welovejezching@yahoo.com
