Discussion about 244 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side
Why are the apartments in this building so much cheaper than its peers. The apartments seem to be on the market much longer than other apartments and also seem to be at a 25% discounted. It is not the nicest building in the world, but from what I saw, it is not falling apart either.
