The Waterfalls on Ocean Neighborhood and Schools

I am confused about the schools. Street Easy lists the zoned elementary schools as PS 152 and PS 315, but the DOE says that the building is not zoned for any elementary school. If Street Easy is right, does anybody have any opinion about these schools? Also, what neighborhood is this exactly? Corcoran says Midwood but every map I have seen says it's either Midwood Park, Ditmas Park or Flatbush -- what gives and is there much difference?
