The Galleria at 117 East 57th St

Anyone have thoughts on this building? I really like the location... Close to everything. There aren't too many post-war buildings in this immediate area, and the others that do exits are substantially more expensive (One Beacon, Park Avenue Place, Trump Tower, the Plaza). My main concern is the lack of grocery stores - it seems you would have to walk to either 6th or 2nd Ave to go to a normal NYC grocery store (Food Emporium, Dagostino, Whole Foods, etc). The low-ish ceilings and concrete-heavy design are also not my favorite, but I could live with those. Thanks for any advice!
