Discussion about Crescent Club at 41-17 Crescent Street in Long Island City
New building in Long Island City called the Crescent Club. They are using the “club” angle to highlight the amenities in this Karl Fisher/Andres Escobar building: 24-hour doorman, Fresh Direct, on-site parking, fitness center, outdoor pool...and putting green. They have a screening room, rooftop club room and terrace as well. Studios through 3’s. No pricing info yet.
