Never rent an apartment in this building!!! Pan Am Equities Inc, are the most unprofessional and unreliable porperty managers in the city. The only elevator in this 8 Story building was down for 70 days after plummeting from the sixth floor in a free fall to the basement. The DOB records (Department of Buildings) show that in the last inspection performed there was a "DEFECT FOUND".
