Discussion about 30 Orchard Street in Chinatown
Visited this property two times now. I have lot's of opinions which I will share in the future. I'm interested in what you think. Area, sq/ft price, investment potential. Does this property have legs of will we be picking over the bones after foreclosure? Chinatown is as tricky as Harlem when you get right down to it.
