Discussion about The Copper Building at 215 Avenue B in East Village
Seems like a real decent value, especially given the pre-construction deals the developer is giving out. A bit of a tough location, with the projects around the corner. Many good restaurants and blocks away from tompkins sq park. any thoughts on this place?
