Does anyone know anything about the developer, Read Property Group, and its principal Robert Wolf? Also given that the units are selling so slowly, it looks like the condo board will have little recourse if their is shoddy workmanship or flaws, which are seemingly a big problem. See: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/25/realestate/25cov.html?hpw Does anyone have a sense of whether the building is build solidly or if corners were cut? Thanks.
