Anyone have a read on this building? Units have moved and they are going to high end buyers. Would love to consider the building (looks like quality construction) but if I bought here--no funds for private school! Any have suggestions on religious private--to get by until middle school? Also, I feel current prices are still in 2007--need to come down 20-25%!
