Horrible. If you dont mind paying cheap rent and have dog-pee smelling hallways and dirt then you'll be happy. The superintendent is like, 100 years old. She cant take care of the building. Her dog pee's inside the building. She soaks it up by using the same dry mop each time. stay away.
