Amenities are Separately Charged and Restricted

The Hub's amenities are what distinguishes it among the many other new apartment complexes in the area. But be aware that they are not freely available to residents; they cost $80-100 per family member per month! If you want to invite a guest that costs more, if you want to barbeque that's more. Also the gym will be open from 8AM to 8PM which will be a challenge if you have a day job. And since the amenities are managed for profit by a third party, there's list of rules restructing use that is as long as your arm. When I learned this I didn't feel welcome at all.
