I have been a resident in this building since it was built. The condo board did an amazing job to update and fix the building with effective cost management (common charges have been flat since day 1) since they took over from the developer. Any issues uncovered (common in brand new buildings) have been fixed and even improved. The virtual doorman works really well for 24-hour security and accepting packages.
