I'm looking to buy or rent office space in a Manhattan building, for my small business. I used to go to a doctor whose office was on the ground floor of 130 E. 18th St. Can someone who lives in this buildikng confirm that the building actually rents out ground-floor apartments to small businesses? Even better would be if this building has ground-floor office spaces/apartments to sell.Please let me know. any info would be greatly appreciated.
