Discussion about James Marquis at 101 West 90th Street in Upper West Side
I wonder if anyone else find the super at this building rude and useless. We've interacted with him several times on different issues, and the experience was all bad. He didn't help, not even intend to help, and just kept telling us those were not issues and we should listen to him, in a very rude way. We are looking for a new apartment and will move out as soon as the current lease ends.
