Discussion about 159 West 53rd Street in Midtown
Anybody with experience living in this building? Most floor plans also seem awkward (for example, dining area pretty far from the kitchen in the 2 bedroom apts). Common charges seem high too. Any color on the state of the condo association, experience on the general building condition, neighborhood, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
