Discussion about Gramercy East at 301 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park
One bedrooms seem priced relatively low in this high-rise building. Certainly a little out of the way, but all things considered seeing a doorman building with real one bedrooms going for the low 400s seems odd. Financial issues? Land-lease? What gives?
