Discussion about 1 Vernon Jackson at 10-17 Jackson Avenue in Hunters Point
Any thoughts on why they've bothered to keep building this one when there's already such a glut of unsold units in the area? Think they'll be able to get prices down to the $400/sf range that would be necessary to actually bring in some buyers within the next year or two?
