Discussion about 59 West 12th Street in Greenwich Village
I was told by a broker that the reason this building, 59 West 12th Street, has extremely low ceilings (8.5', like postwar buildings) is that it was actually built after the War, in the late 1940s or early 1950s. Does anyone know for sure?
