WATCH OUT FOR THE DEVELOPER OF THIS PROJECT, ORANGE MANAGEMENT. Andrew Bradfield & Co. are the same developers behind the disaster that is 22 Renwick Street - and buyers there are suing the developer and filing claims with the AG's office. This project will be years delayed as well.
