Can anyone share some wisdom on this development, in today's market? I know they are 90% sold, have mixed units (middle income and market rate) and have recently sold at discounts of ~12% to 32%. However, sponsor is tossing out discussions of offers at 23% below listing--why?? Thoughts on the neighborhood? What about comparison to the Rhapsody 2056 5th Ave?
