Behzad has achieved tremendous success in real estate because he provides a far higher level of intelligence, diligence and client service than his competitors. With a wealth of knowledge on real estate and construction, Behzad is often likened to Bob Villa when he goes through a home. He’s not simply there to price and market a property; he is fully invested in his clients’ needs, and in understanding the ‘who, what, where, when and why’ behind their decision to buy, rent or sell. With his father a developer and his mother and sister brokers, Behzad grew up in the family business and learned all the ropes about buildings and real estate in NYC. A native New Yorker, Behzad attended Stuyvesant HS and the University of Albany. He earned a degree in History and Economics, was Director of Marketing for prominent fitness and wellness companies in NYC, and enjoyed a high-level advertising career as VP of sales and marketing. Fluent in French, Persian and English, Behzad lives with his wife and daughters in Gowanus, Brooklyn in a 1800s home he rebuilt from scratch. When spare time allows, he enjoys skiing, Tai Chi, playing guitar and worldwide travel.
