Paula Brown

Paula Brown has been selling and leasing real estate in New York and New Jersey since 1999. Prior to that, she built her career in marketing, advertising, and promotion in the entertainment and broadcasting industries. Over the course of two decades she ascended the ranks of such major companies as CBS Records, NBC Radio, MTV and USA Networks, overseeing creative development and production of print, radio, and television image promotions. As vice president of creative services for USA and Sci-Fi Channel, she gained extensive experience in market research and effectiveness and oversaw multi-million dollar production budgets. Her team of writers, producers, and designers earned over 30 national broadcast industry awards. In 1999, after working as a consultant in creative services and marketing, Paula entered the world of real estate, handling brokerage in New York City while writing/producing real estate websites. Having accumulated much experience in marketing and selling coops and condos in Manhattan, Paula set her sights on the other side of the Hudson and launched the New Jersey-based Hudson View Realty in 2001. To date, Paula has sold or leased over 300 properties in Hudson County and has become uniquely expert in the area of luxury high-end property with New York City views. Paula enjoys working with experienced clients as well as mentoring first-time homebuyers. She is also an amateur actress and singer.
