Building: Tower 78

This unique building located in the culturally rich neighborhood of Williamsburg offers open room to room loft style homes. The design layout of the homes optimize space and feature oak hardwood floors throughout.

The highlight of the units are the walls of windows. Designed not only for the normal use of windows but the windows were designed and placed in the homes to give an artistic, architectural feel. In various rectangular shapes and ultra slender design, the windows have a thin transparency allowing for spectacular views yet providing for privacy.

Kitchens in the homes feature stainless steel appliances and fixtures that balance out the contrast of the rich dark Etimoe wood veneer and stainless steel framed white laminate cabinets.
