Constructed in 2003, The Zenith at Liberty Harbor is located at 9 Regent Street. There are 140 residential units across 8 floors, with retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. The Zenith is part of a new urbanist development on the Hudson waterfront, designed and developed by Alexander Gorlin Architects and commissioned by Liberty Harbor, a property management company in Jersey City that owns many buildings in the area.

The Zenith offers studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, some in loft and duplex style. Each unit has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, porcelain tiles and chrome fixtures in the bathroom, and hardwood flooring in the living spaces. Some units are equipped with a Bosch washer and dryer, and some also feature a double-height living room. The building has a full-time doorman and a concierge desk, as well as on-site laundry and a fitness center.

The Liberty Harbor community is located in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of downtown Jersey City.
