Building: The Washington

Built in 2005, The Washington is a pair of pet-friendly elevator buildings with a full-time porter to keep the common areas clean and Verizon FiOS to keep the data flowing. In addition to the well-equipped gym, the recently renovated central courtyard (Zen-inspired) is perfect for taking advantage of warm, sunny days. There is a private, on-site parking garage as well as storage cages in the basement. The tax abatement runs through 2032 ensuring plenty of time to take advantage of the low monthlies.

Every residence boasts central HVAC, in-unit washer/dryers and a full suite of kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, powered center island and oven hood vented to the exterior. Furthermore, every residence was designed with at least two bathrooms – the first bathroom features a full-sized tub, slate walls, and a cherry wood vanity. The second (ensuite) bathroom is adorned with white Carrera marble, a glass-enclosed stall shower, and a vessel sink.
