Building: The Stanwick

The Stanwick is a 12-story, prewar, mid- block building that is located at 132 West 22nd Street. This loft style building houses 10 luxury condominium apartments. Built in 1913, and designed by Frederick C. Zobel, The Stanwick permits cats and dogs and has amenities such as a doorman, elevator, and roof deck. The apartments have high ceilings and a lot of light, but the most unique is the exposed brick that runs the full length of the walls. The Stanwick is a rare building because it has been recently renovated to be more modern, while retaining the pre-war integrity of the space. Located in the heart of Chelsea the position is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and transportation.
