Situated in the West Chelsea Gallery District, right by the High Line, the Spears Building is one of the finest full service loft buildings in West Chelsea.

Originally built in 1893 as a commercial manufacturing building, Savanna Partner with architect Arpad Baksa converted the building into Condominiums in 1996. Today, 30 large lofts occupy most of the 130,000 SF in this 6 story red brick building.

The Spears Building also houses several art galleries, and with the Dia Art Foundation and The Pace Gallery just down the street, you really feel that you are in the middle of the Gallery District.

The residential lofts retain many of the original details such as exposed steel and wood beams, and one-foot thick brick walls with arches and recesses.
