House: The Sovereign

Located at 2 14th Street in the Shipyard community of Hoboken, the Sovereign is one of several buildings owned and managed by Applied Property Management in the area. The Sovereign has 12 floors and 260 units total, a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

All kitchens come with granite-patterned countertops and maple cabinets, as well as GE appliances and chrome fixtures. The bathrooms have white ceramic tiling. Every unit has a washer and dryer, and some units also come with a balcony.
