The Residences by Peter Marino is a collection of five one-of-a-kind homes and cultural spaces located on the High Line in West Chelsea, the heart of the contemporary art world and center of New York City’s booming west side. Known for his cutting-edge design, Peter Marino is one of the most sought after and celebrated architects, receiving honors such as the AIA Excellence in Design award and named a member of the Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture in 2012. This new 11-story structure has all the hallmarks of a masterwork and is home to the world-renowned Lehmann Maupin gallery. Located on the first and second floors, Lehmann Maupin includes artist mainstays Gilbert & George, Kara Walker, Tony Oursler, and Tracey Emin. The Hill Art Foundation, an exceptional private collection and foundation, presents rotating exhibits and exclusive art programs located on the third floor.
