Building: The Regent at Liberty Harbor

Located at 30 Regent Street in downtown Jersey City, the Regent at Liberty Harbor is a nine-story modern low-rise apartment building that was completed in 2008. The Art Deco building features oversized windows that provide views of New York Harbor.

The Regent contains studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, which have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchens, porcelain tiles and chrome fixtures in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring, and large windows. Some units also have a washer and dryer in-unit. The Regent at Liberty Harbor has a full-time attended lobby with concierge services, as well as amenities such as a laundry room, a rooftop pool, and a fitness room.

Located very near the Hudson River waterfront, the Regent is just a few blocks away from the New York Harbor, Liberty State Park and local transportation, including buses and PATH trains and ferries to New York City.
