Designed by Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, LLP. The Phoenix Condominium is located minutes from Manhattan across the street from the No. 7 train and the Q60 bus stop. This six story building offers color video intercom entry, wireless key fob security doors, security cameras, indoor parking, storage bins, bike storage, laundry facilities on the second floor and an outdoor recreational area. The lobby is situated on the 41st street side and has a contemporary design that includes wood paneling with stainless steel mesh inlays and slate tile floor. The hallways are exceptionally wide and offer recessed tray lighting. Every unit is designed to maximize the living space with generous size kitchens that include stainless steel appliances, solid honey maple stained wood cabinets and Wilsonart Graphite Nebula countertops. Nine of the apartments offer generous private outdoor set-back terraces and many of the units offer uncompromising views of the skyline of Manhattan.
