Building: The Paris New York

The Paris, originally the Paris Hotel, is a boutique-style rental building located at 752 West End Avenue between 96th and 97th Streets on Manhattan’s famed Upper West Side and features studios to four-bedroom units. The primarily Art Deco building was designed by architectural firm Sugarman & Berger and is now part of the Riverside-West End Historic District receiving its designation by the Landmark Preservation Commission in 2015.

The list of amenities you’ll find at The Paris includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, a swimming pool, a landscaped roof deck with grilling stations and a kitchen, a bicycle room, and storage units. Children have a playroom all to themselves.

Surrounding 752 WEA is Riverside Park to your west, and Central Park to your east.
